Delivery
Hogparts UK Ltd delivers using Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD or UPS as appropriate. Available delivery options, restrictions and charges are shown before you place an order. Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free on qualifying orders over £100. Orders below £100, destinations outside the UK mainland and excluded heavy, bulky or restricted goods may incur a charge shown at checkout. Tyres, wheels, exhausts, engines, oils and chemicals can be excluded from free delivery. Dispatch and delivery
The product page and checkout show the available dispatch or delivery estimate. Some parts are ordered from suppliers and may take longer. We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or delayed. Unless we agree a different time with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the order. If delivery is late, your rights to require delivery or cancel and obtain a refund remain available under consumer law. Carrier delays do not remove those rights.
Loss or damage in transit
We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you nominate to receive them, subject to the legal rules if you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Please tell us promptly if a parcel is lost, damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and put matters right. Reporting after five days, signing for a parcel or opening it after delivery does not remove your legal rights. If you choose an unattended delivery location, contact us if anything goes wrong; we will assess the circumstances and your legal rights.
