Returns, cancellations and refunds
These terms apply to purchases by consumers from Hogparts UK Ltd. Your legal rights are unaffected by our additional returns offer, including when an item was bought in a sale.
Changed your mind about an online order?
For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Email sales@hogparts.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel, or use the form below. You may cancel before dispatch too.
We refund the price of the cancelled goods and the original standard delivery charge attributable to the cancelled order. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund fee. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If goods have not yet been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of cancellation.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. Please take reasonable care of the goods and pack them securely for return.
Our free Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label is available for UK parcels under 20 kg and within 61 × 46 × 46 cm. A Royal Mail collection may carry a separate fee. For goods outside these limits, contact us before ordering for the likely return transport cost and to arrange a suitable method; where you cancel because you have changed your mind, you bear the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise. You may also use your own carrier. We bear reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.
The statutory right to cancel has limited exceptions, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable. We will identify any relevant exception before purchase.
Our additional 30-day returns offer
In addition to your legal rights, tell us within 30 days after delivery if you wish to return an unused item. Return it promptly in resaleable condition with its accessories and, where reasonably possible, clean and undamaged original packaging. We provide the free tracked UK label for qualifying parcels described above. For this additional offer, we may decline a return that does not meet its conditions. This does not restrict your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@hogparts.co.uk or 01543 426968, with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve it quickly but are not an absolute condition of your legal rights. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The short-term right to reject is normally 30 days from delivery; other remedies can continue afterwards. We will cover reasonable return costs where the law requires. Accidental damage, misuse or incorrect installation may affect a claim, but use or installation does not itself remove legal rights. Sale goods have the same statutory rights.
We will refund a valid short-term rejection without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to it. Please provide proof of purchase, which need not be the original receipt. A manufacturer's warranty is additional to your statutory rights.

Please do not send goods to a manufacturer. For qualifying parcels, request a Royal Mail return label. Keep proof of posting.
