These terms apply to purchases from Hogparts UK Ltd, Unit 3 Image Business Park, East Cannock Road, Cannock, WS12 1LT, United Kingdom. Contact sales@hogparts.co.uk or 01543 426968. They should be read with our Returns and Refunds, Delivery and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives consumers.
We sell aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories and are independent of Harley-Davidson. Check the product description, specifications and fitment information before ordering. Fitment guidance may be incomplete; contact us if uncertain about your exact model, year or modifications. Product images may illustrate a range and the description identifies the item supplied. We do not exclude liability where goods are misdescribed or fail to meet statutory standards.
Prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any restrictions are displayed before checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance. If a genuine pricing or availability error occurs before acceptance, we will contact you so you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will offer a suitable remedy or refund. We may decline an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction, and will refund any payment taken.
Payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may use third-party payment providers. Delivery times, charges and restrictions are described in our Delivery policy. Goods are at our risk until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, subject to the rules for a carrier you arrange independently. Ownership passes when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.
See our Returns and Refunds policy for the 14-day online cancellation right, our additional 30-day returns offer and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Statutory rights apply to sale items too. We may ask for reasonable evidence of purchase and investigate a fault, but a manufacturer's warranty does not replace your rights against us.
Website content is for use in shopping with us. Do not misuse the site, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other users. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; their content is controlled by the relevant operator.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing here makes us responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse or alteration where it is not attributable to a fault in the goods, but each claim is assessed on its facts.
We process personal information as described in our Privacy policy. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms applicable to an accepted order are those in force when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer resident elsewhere of mandatory protections that apply to them. Disputes may be brought in the courts available to consumers under applicable law.
