Description
Contrary to Evolution models it is not possible to move the transmission on Twin Cam to the left as these models have the transmission bolted to the crankcase. The Zodiac off-set kit enables you to move your primary 12, 25, 45 or 55mm without moving your stock or aftermarket 5 Speed transmission, or 25, 45 or 55mm when you have a 6 Speed Zodiac transmission or conversion. All these kits come with an extended transmission main shaft and extended transmission main drive 5th gear, leaving the transmission housing in exactly the same place but allowing you to offset the front final drive pulley, thus creating space for a wide rear tire. And when we say wide we mean WIDE. The 12mm off-set kit allows the use of a 200 tire with the stock belt in an Evolution or Twin Cam frame, the 25mm offset kit allows a 230 wide tire on a 7.50 rim in both the Evolution and Twin Cam frame if the late type "narrow" final drive belt drive is used. If a chain is used for the final drive the stock frames will accept up to 250 wide tires on a 9.00" rim. The transmission main shaft and drive gear are CNC manufactured from High Stress 20CrMnT gear steel by one of the worlds leading automotive transmission factories. Gear and shaft are tempered and stress released to a core hardness of 35 to 45 Rockwell and have a surface hardness of 58 to 60 Rockwell. Our offset primary kits contain: primary spacer ring, extended crankshaft extension and extended crankshaft nut, extended transmission main shaft, extended main drive 5th gear with needle bearings and seal, extended belt pulley spacer, extended clutch push rod, extended starter jack shaft (only for 25, 45 and 55mm kits), starter jack spacer, primary-to-transmission spacers and all required hardware. The 45mm offset kits come with a 25mm offset maindrive gear and 3/4" (19mm) offset drive pulley. When you have a 1991-1993 model 5 Speed transmission you must order a countershaft 5th gear, extended starter jack shaft bolt and late style final drive pulley separately. Wide swingarm and fender struts must be ordered separately and can be found in this catalog.
Note: The 45mm extended main shaft is used with a 25mm extended main drive gear, a 25mm extended sprocket spacer and a ZPN 193036 offset drive pulley.
All parts in our primary offset kits are separately available. This allows Custom Bike Builders to create any offset kit the any way they need it.
Note: All offset kits are designed for use with narrow belts.
Note: If used in 1990-1993 transmissions the countershaft 5th gear must also be replaced with ZPN 237074 or OEM 35626-94.

Shipping information
Our stock is held at several warehouses located in the UK, Germany and The Netherlands. Our inventory management system aggregates the stock levels in all locations.
Where an item is marked as "ready to be shipped" or "in stock" it means that it is available from one of the warehouses, not necessarily in the UK. Where an item is stocked outside of the UK we will have the item(s) brought over to our UK base and will then ship it to you.
All items are shipped from the UK meaning that the price you see is the price you pay. All import duties and taxes have already been paid by us.
It normally takes 2-3 working days for goods to come in from Europe.
If you are planning on coming to our store for a specific item, please contact us first to ensure it is in UK stock to avoid a wasted journey.

Returns & warranty
We offer free tracked returns on items that are less than 20kg and smaller
than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)
No printer required.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any returned items must be unused, in pristine condition and in all original packaging which must be clean and undamaged.
Please do not write on the product packaging or attach any tape or labels to it.
We do not refund any shipping charges, unless the item is faulty.

Goods returned otherwise than in accordance with the above conditions will not be accepted for return, no refund will be issued and if you want us to send the goods back to you it will be your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage and packing.
WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY
On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item. Please contact us when this happens and we will make it right. We may or may not require the original item to be returned to us.
We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you. For all defective items please start a damage claim by contacting us and send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice. Refund will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.
