Galfer BRAKE ROTOR FLOATECH WAVE Wave® Black Silver Full-Floating Front Two Piece (Floating) Aluminium Stainless Steel #DF660JCW
Description
BRAKE ROTOR FLOATECH WAVE- GALFER PRESENTS FLOATECH® ROAD: WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TECHNOLOGY HITS THE ROAD
- Floatech® Road, the new brake disc that brings, for the first time, to the road the same technologies used in the MotoGP™ World Championship. After years of development and success in the Moto2™ and Moto3™ classes
- Floatech® Road was born in the racing world and immediately established itself as a winning technology
- Compared to the Racing version of the Floatech® disc, the Floatech® Road version introduces a patented pin and washer joining system, developed in 2022 in international competitions, which significantly reduces noise and vibrations, improves brake feel, and extends the system’s lifespan. This solution allows the disc to ‘float’ in a controlled way, aligning perfectly with the brake pad.
- The Floatech® Road is designed to offer superior thermal behavior and consistent performance, even during the most intense and repeated braking.
- Excellent thermal resistance: Ensures that the disc maintains its floatability regardless of temperature, guaranteeing optimal performance even in extreme conditions. The track’s design optimizes heat dissipation and improves braking power. Its innovative structure ensures a perfect fit between the track and the core, ensuring maximum efficiency and stability in every brake.
- Redefined floatability: Innovative track-to-hub joint design with a patented system that allows greater floatability, enabling freer wheel rotation and better braking system response. It also minimizes core wear, ensuring long-term stability and durability without increasing play over time.
- Longer pad life: Keeps the pads separated just enough from the track to avoid unwanted friction and premature wear.
- Maximum reliability and safety at a more accessible price: Racing-grade technology optimized for road use, delivering top performance at a significantly more accessible price than Racing discs.

All items are shipped from the UK meaning that the price you see is the price you pay. All import duties and taxes have already been paid by us.
It normally takes 2-3 working days for goods to come in from Europe.
If you are planning on coming to our store for a specific item, please contact us first to ensure it is in UK stock to avoid a wasted journey.
